Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a simple yet powerful, self-designed tool for wellness and recovery. Developed by and for people with lived experience of mental health challenges, WRAP empowers individuals to take control of their well-being and create lives that feel meaningful.
Seminar 2 is designed for graduates of WRAP Seminar 1 who are ready to take the next step by facilitating WRAP groups and supporting others in their recovery journeys. This intensive, interactive training prepares participants to share WRAP in group settings while staying true to its evidence-based values and practices.
WRAP has been proven to:
• Reduce psychiatric symptoms, especially depression and anxiety.
• Increase hopefulness, quality of life, recovery, empowerment, and self-advocacy.
Participants will:
Deepen their understanding of WRAP’s key concepts and values.
Practice facilitation skills in a supportive learning environment.
Learn how to create safe spaces where peers feel empowered to share and grow.
Gain tools for managing group dynamics and supporting diverse participants.
Strengthen personal WRAP practices to maintain balance while leading others.
WRAP Seminar 2 is internationally recognized and provides the foundation needed to become a WRAP Facilitator. By completing this training, participants join a worldwide community dedicated to wellness, hope, and recovery.
