This interactive seminar is for anyone interested in wellness, whole body-mind health, and recovery. Come develop a personalized plan for getting well, staying well, and creating the life you desire. WRAP is an evidence-based practice used by millions of people worldwide to get well and stay well, despite any life challenges.

WRAP has been proven to:

• Reduce psychiatric symptoms, especially depression and anxiety.

• Increase hopefulness, quality of life, recovery, empowerment, and self-advocacy.

Participants will:

• Discover simple, safe, and effective tools to create and maintain wellness.

• Learn about the WRAP Key Concepts of wellness and how to put them into action.

• Develop a personal WRAP to maintain progress toward their life and wellness goals.

• Identify what stops their progress and develop Action Plans to continue moving forward.
